There could be a number of reasons why the app is not working.
- Check your mobile phone settings and ensure that Wi-Fi or mobile data is switched on.
- Then check that you are connected to the internet by accessing a web page, like www.google.co.za.
- If you are connected to the internet and the App still doesn't work, then please ensure you have entered the correct registration and sign-in details.
Please be aware that it might appear that you are connected to the internet via a Wi-Fi hotspot in the shopping centre (e.g. Always On) but this is only the case if you are logged into the hotspot.
