Yes, you can now choose whether you'd like to receive your Standard and Click & Collect deliveries in plastic shopping bags.

How does it work?

If you’d like to receive your order in plastic shopping bags you’ll need to select ‘Yes’ at checkout (on the webpage) or tap the radio button (on the mobile app) to opt in to receive bags, otherwise the default option of ‘No’ will be applied.

If you are part of the plastic-free gang, this is how we'll deliver your items.

Standard Delivery

• The driver will arrive at your address with your groceries packed inside a tote bin.
• They will give you time to unpack - all the items must be unpacked before the driver leaves.
• Once everything is unpacked, the tote bin must be returned to the driver.

Click & Collect

• The shopper will bring the goods in vinyl bags.
• All the items must be unpacked during the handover.
• When all your items have been unpacked, the vinyl bags must be returned to the shopper.
