You can cancel a recurring payment from your HandyPay app. All you need to do is:

Click on the Pay tab from the home screen

Click on Recurring from the menu at the top to see all recurring payments you have

Select the one you wish to cancel and confirm the cancellation
If you stop using your account for more than 2 months or have 3 consecutive failed recurring payments (usually if you don’t have enough money if your account), we'll automatically cancel any recurring payments set up on your account.
If this happens, you'll need to manually set the recurring payment up again.
